Tim was born and raised in Guilford CT. After Guilford High School, Tim attended Elon University. He has since lived in Vail, CO and then Brooklyn, NY. But his love of the CT shoreline has brought him back to the area where he has developed his real estate career. Tim has a background in management and business, as well as customer service. He is passionate about working for the clients he represents and helping them make the most informed choices. For sellers, Tim brings marketing skills and the ability to find qualified buyers in order to achieve success. For buyers, Tim brings dedication and expertise to help find the right home at the right price. He also has experience working with his hands, doing home improvement and landscaping. These jobs having given him a great appreciation and keen eye for the homes along the shoreline. An active member of Guilford Rotary and the Guilford Housing Authority Board of Commissioners, Tim enjoys playing golf, skiing, and you may even see him around the area playing drums in his band.
